Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. a leading cooperative in Nepal invites bids from eligible firms for supply of Orthodox Tea Processing Machineries and Related Parts for its owned tea factories as mentioned below:
- Pucca Tea Sorter – 1 Nos
– (5 Wooden Trays of Same Size, with mess No 10,14,18,24&40
– And Extra Mess Size with Wooden Frame No of 12,16 &30 for interchangeable; 2 Hp Motor with 250-300 Rpm and Starter
Other Details:
- Interested eligible firms may submit their quotation in their own prescribed format.
- For Domestic Suppliers /Importers/ Manufacturers:
- Interested firms must submit Company Firm Registration Certificate. VAT registration, Tax clearances certificate or evidence of tax clearance up to FY 2079-80, Business Registration Certificate documents along with Quotation in Nepali Language. Sealed envelopes marked with the documents should be addressed to: Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd., Mechinagar-06, Jhapa, Nepal for Domestic Suppliers.
- Interested firms shall quote the unit price of the mentioned goods including all the charges (Transportation, Loading and Unloading, Vat, Other Duties and etc. that incurs) and the delivery period up to Mechinagar-06, Jhapa, Nepal.
- For Foreign Suppliers /Exporters/ Manufacturers
- Interested firms must submit copies of IEC & GST Registration Certificate and Other legal documents of their firms along with the copies of scan quotation with sign & official stamp in English Language through mail: [email protected]
- Interested firms shall quote the unit price of the mentioned goods should be including all the charges (Transportation, Local duties, Packaging, Forwarding and Clearing Charges, Export Duties and etc. that incurs) and the delivery period up to Mechi Custom Office, Kakarvitta, Jhapa, Nepal.
- The last date of Submission shall be 15 days from the published date.
- If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
- Nepal Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject, solely or partially any or all bids/quotation documents without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
- Any quotation received after the deadline shall not be accepted.
