KATHMANDU : The Meteorological Forecast Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has forecast the possibility of light snowfall at some places of Koshi and Gandaki provinces today. Currently, Nepal is experiencing a partial influence of westerly winds, as reported by the MFD.
As per the meteorological bulletin issued by the MFD at 6AM, the weather is mainly clear in the hilly regions of the country, with some areas experiencing partial cloud cover.
The MFD predicts mostly clear weather in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces this afternoon. Additionally, MFD officials have mentioned the possibility of light snowfall in a few locations in the high hills and mountainous regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
Similarly, the weather will remain mostly clear in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces tonight.
