KATHMANDU : A Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the Armed Police Force has been arrested by Nepal Police from Swayambhu, Kathmandu.
DSP Tulsingh KC, working in Pokhara, Armed Police Force Battalion No. 4, was arrested on the charge of making a video of a woman at a public place.
He has been accused of taking a video of a woman at A-One Restaurant without permission.
